Improperly punctuated captions are a dead giveaway, in contrast to the correct, legitimate ones of the original.

'Parents' magazine cover with JW.org cartoon kids
by undercover inmaking the rounds on facebook among jws is a photo of a 'parents' magazine cover that shows the cgi jw.org kids on the cover, and an article headline about how wonderful the teaching tools on jw.org are.
(i don't have the time or the desire to hunt the photo and post it - sorry).
i immediately suspected some bored and naive jw doing some photoshopping.

No, millie -- that's been the ongoing problem. My photos post to email and Facebook with no problem.
I learned how to downsize my photos on MS Office Picture Manager and they still won't post. How the photos on flipper's thread posted is beyond me. They are both some 2000 X 3600.
I appreciate your help -- thanks!

Thanks, Orphan Crow!
As part of our ongoing tutorial, today -- Saturday, 20 August, 8:30 a.m. -- I again tried posting from Photobucket. I cannot get a single image only to post, but, instead, the entire PB page and a potential slideshow appear. In the past, I posted single images here, on JWD, with no difficulty.
I tried all four links, with identical results. I did this on my e-mail account to test. Obviously, I'm doing something wrong!
Thank you again for your help.

Not too my son...
by The Rebel inwill i say " orlando, your hair is too long, and needs to be cut short" and never will i say " orlando, invites to birthday parties can't be accepted".
and i will buy my son books he wants to read, books that bring him happiness, and that he understands.
and by so doing, i hope he will acquire happy memories of his childhood, so that the sensitive and delicate, in him will be allowed to grow.

Greetings, The Rebel:
So much I can relate to. Suffice it to say that we raised our kids "in the truth" and "out of the truth."
Will explain later in a PM.
Have a good day.

A Happy Morn, Half banana, ZAPPA-ESQUE, and Nancy Drew:
What a wonderful surprise to find you here in The Poets' Corner of a sunny morning! THANK YOU!
I have written elsewhere that there's little poetry nowadays here. Your contributions and sentiments are welcome and a pleasure to my oft-parched soul and spirit.
Half banana: A British writer of note has compared me to Bronte. He discovered me -- lost in thought, as usual -- gazing into the azure. He introduced me to the diminutive redhead (PBB) and, since, the three of us have transcended time and space and become fast friends. I, however, am a stocky redhead.
ZAPPA-ESQUE: Agreed, vis-a-vis putting careers on hold and losing. Well, not totally, I hope. It's wonderful you and your wife are helping children. I relate, myself a teacher of over 50 years. Some former students are now teachers themselves. Please continue to do what you do -- you will reap if you do not tire out! Thanks for videos.
Nancy Drew: You never fail to inspire and make me laugh! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Flynn has been replaced by Branwell because the photo of me on the link above will not process as an avatar.
Blessings and Peace . . .

Thank you, Village Idiot.
I was paraphrasing that wonderful George Eliot quotation. I relate totally to the mixed emotions engendered by those sentiments.
Interesting that a thread I started last night (but wouldn't process) is now here, as of some 40 minutes ago!
Blessings and peace . . .

You Have Left Me

Thank you, The Rebel:
Profound thoughts. yours.
Input from others is so needed, even insofar as helping the poet delve deeper into recesses (presently unknown to him) that have already opened up to his readers. I am grateful.
Since my photos are too large and reducing them has proved ineffective, I posted Branwell Bronte -- truly, a sad poet -- as my avatar. He has proven himself an inspiration to me: the tormented, diminutive redhead.
So very much me . . .
Blessings, Friend.
